  • General conditions
  1. Enrollment to the Fiesta Rewards program is completely free.
  2. It is the responsibility of each member to read and follow all of the Fiesta Rewards program rules and policies. Each member assumes the responsibility to inquire on a regular basis about updated information regarding said rules in order to be familiar with his rights and responsibilities. It is also each member’s responsibility to keep up with the balance and expiration of his/her points.
  3. Earned points have no cash value. The sale, gift or transfer of points is prohibited. Points are non-transferable and can not be combined with other Fiesta Rewards member points. Any guilty party is responsible for the cost of damages, legal costs and operational costs that as a result as a failure to comply with rules and policies.
  4. Fiesta Rewards reserves the right to, as it deems necessary, change or terminate (either partially or completely), the rules, norms, privileges, benefits, trip rewards or special program offers, at its discretion and without notice. This means that Fiesta Rewards may introduce changes that affect, for example, member affiliation, point-earning rules, point levels and the reward-earning point system.
  5. In the event of the termination of the Fiesta Rewards program, all member-earned points will be void. Fiesta Rewards will not be held responsible for the rewarding of points or the awarding of unredeemed prizes to members in the event of the partial or complete termination of the program.
  6. The Fiesta Rewards program may incorporate new corporate affiliates. In such case, members will be notified, as the program deems convenient, regarding details of the new alliance and the conditions set forth by such affiliates. Hotels, auto rental and other companies affiliated with the program may terminate their participation with the program without notice.
  7. The earning of points and the redeeming of prizes through the affiliates are subject to the participation of these companies with the Fiesta Rewards program. The Fiesta Rewards program is not responsible for redeemed prizes awarded by the affiliates.
  8. Membership identification card is the property of Fiesta Rewards program and may be recalled at any time.
  9. The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to cancel membership of any member that may have been fraudulent or who has abused or violated the point credits, benefits, awards system or any rules of the Fiesta Rewards program. If a membership is canceled, the disqualified member will lose all rights to membership including all earned points, privileges and benefits and will be subject to administrative and/or legal actions. The current balance will be canceled and future participation in the Fiesta Rewards program will not be permitted.
  10. The Fiesta Rewards program is a personalized program: the promotional material and prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the member at the time of enrollment. Account summaries will be delivered by email and will be available online through the Fiesta Rewards web page.
  11. The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to review members’ point balances. The program may suspend the issuing of prizes until it resolves any discrepancies or unusual findings.
  12. The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to correct the balance of any points and/or the right to award prizes erroneously earned by a member. In the event of correcting any errors, the Fiesta Rewards programs reserves the right to award points and/or prizes to qualifying members without the obligation to award any points or prizes to all program members.
  13. In the event of a lost membership card, it is the member’s responsibility to report the loss and request a replacement card.
  14. The member must keep records of payment receipts, vouchers or contracts used in association with the membership card made at Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels, The Explorean Kohunlich, Caesar Park, Caesar Business or point of sales at any corporate affiliations.
  15. A member can solicit points for purchases made up to 6 months after “check out” by presenting documentation such as receipts of said purchases. The program reserves the right to verify all documentation presented as long as the member enrolled in the program prior to said purchases.
  16. No points will be earned for stays or purchase of products or services made prior to Fiesta Rewards program enrollment.
  17. Point may be earned only through qualifying and authorized purchases for up to a maximum of ten rooms per night. Reservations must be made under the Fiesta Rewards member’s name. The member may also earn points through the purchase of food and beverages during his/her stay. However, points will not be earned through purchases made at banquettes or special events.
  18. Point credits are non transferable or negotiable and cannot be combined with any other participating member’s points. Points are awarded directly to an individual member. Points transferred from affiliated programs will be remitted in accordance to the terms and conditions established by the affiliated program.
  19. In the event of accidental death, only immediately family members or the member’s spouse may be entitled to the earned points and exchange for any item featured in the Fiesta Rewards catalog. A death certificate must be provided as proof of a member’s death.
  20. A member cannot earn benefit coupons during a reward stay in our hotels.
  21. Expired Fiesta Rewards points may be reactivated with a $4.5 USD + IVA fee for each 1,000 points.
  22. A member may acquire affiliated airline miles or kilometers. Corporate fees or higher apply to a maximum of one room per stay.

  • Fiesta Rewards program member
  1. Each person enrolled in the Fiesta Rewards program is a member.
  2. Members will earn 10 points for each dollar spent during their stay at any Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels,
    The Explorean Kohunlich, Caesar Park or Caesar Business.
  3. Members must present their membership number at the time of reservations or at the time of their arrival at the hotel in order to earn points.
  4. Points earned are valid for two years from the time of qualifying purchases are made. Members will automatically lose point not used.

  • Gold Fiesta Rewards program member
  1. Members who earn between 15,000 and 39,999 Fiesta Rewards points will be upgraded to Gold member status. The member will remain at this level for a minimum of 12 monthsfrom the time of qualification.
  2. In order to activate the Gold level status, the member must fulfill the conditions previously mentioned for the duration of his 12-month status period.
  3. A Gold Fiesta Rewards member will earn 10 points for every dollar spent during his/her stay at any Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels, The Explorean Kohunlich, Caesar Park and Caesar Business. The member will also receive a bonus of 10% additional points per stay.
  4. Gold Fiesta Rewards members must present their membership number at the time of reservation or at the time of their arrival at the hotel in order to earn points.
  5. Points earned at this level are valid for two years from the time of qualifying purchases are made. Members will automatically lose point not used.

  • Fiesta Rewards Platinum member
  1. Member who earn 40,000 or more Fiesta Rewards points will be upgraded to Platinum member status. The member will remain at this level for a minimum of 12 months from the time of qualification.
  2. In order to activate the Platinum level status, the member must fulfill the conditions previously mentioned for the duration of his 12-month status period.
  3. A Platinum Fiesta Rewards member will earn 10 points for every dollar spent during his/her stay at any Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels, The Explorean Kohunlich, Caesar Park and Caesar Business. The member will also receive a bonus of 15% additional points per stay.
  4. The balance of current points as well as future points earned through qualifying stays at Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn and One Hotels, as well as purchasesmade through an affiliate’s program, will not expire as long as the member remains at the Platinum level of membership.
  5. Platinum Fiesta Rewards members must present their membership number at the time of reservations or at the time of their arrival at the hotel in order to earn points.
    Hotels can verify the membership level of each member.

  • Compensation
  1. The Fiesta Rewards program and its affiliates reserve the right to modify the conditions of obtaining benefits, including the compensation, allowance and required number of points for prizes. The program and its affiliates also reserve the right to cancel any benefit without notice.
  2. The compensation of rewards is subject to restrictions and availability.
  3. Once a member has earned enough points, he/she may request an exchange of points for a reward. If there are any remaining points, they will be applied to the members account so that the member may continue earning points for rewards.
  4. If a member is short of points for a desired reward, the member may purchase Fiesta Rewards points for a fee of $12 UD plus IVA for every 1,000 points.
  5. One there is a request for a reward, the member accepts that points will be taken and applied toward the desired reward according to the catalog value. Older points will be applied toward the reward first. Some rewards may have additional restrictions. It is the responsibility of the member to be informed of the latest promotional conditions and restrictions, as well as his/her most current use of points.
  6. Members are responsible for additional fees such as taxes, commission or any other fees related to the compensation of a reward.
  7. The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to deny any room reservation that may have been made without prior notification of reward eligibility.
  8. A 5-day notice is required for reservations of a reward stay at Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn and The Explorean. And a 15-notice for stays at Vacation Club Acapulco, Cancún and Los Cabos. Reservations for reward stays can only be made through the Reservation Central number and www.fiestarewards.com.
  9. In the event of cancellations or changes to reservations, the following fees will apply:
    1. Any changes made 72 hours or more prior to the reservation date will be charged a $15 USD fee + IVA, otherwise, the points used to reserve the reward stay will be cancelled.
    2. Changes and cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date will be charged a $30 USD fee + IVA, otherwise, the points used to reserve the reward stay will be cancelled.
    3. In the event that the member does not arrive for his reward stay reservation or checks out earlier than anticipated, he will be charged points for the nights not used.
    4. Vacation Club changes or cancellations can be made up to five days prior to check-in date without any penalties. The full stay will be charged with less than five-days notice.
  10. The Fiesta Rewards program and participating hotels reserve the right to charge applicable taxes.
  11. During holidays or peak travel periods, a set number of award rooms are determined, and it is advised that reservations during these times be made as soon as possible. Fiesta Rewards guarantees it will do the best to its abilities to honor your reservation request or offer you other options.
  12. The Fiesta Rewards program reserves the right to change or modify its peak periods without notice.
  13. Certificate and movie ticket claims will be valid upon request. Members should take into account the time the request is made and delivery time. Exchanges or replacements will not be made.
  14. Transfer to program
    1. In order to transfer Fiesta Rewards program points to an affiliate frequent guest/flyer program, the member must have previously enrolled in the corresponding affiliate program.
    2. Transfers apply only to one particular member. Transfers to Mexican airlines must be made with at least 20,000 points and subsequently, shares of 10,000 points. For international airlines, transfers must be made with shares of 10,000 points.
    3. The Fiesta Rewards program is not responsible for the rewards offered by affiliates.
    4. Transferred points from any participating program into the Fiesta Rewards program are eligible for all program rewards, except transfers to other affiliate programs.
    5. Applicable service fees may be added
    6. All points transferred to any affiliated program will be regulated by the terms and conditions of the program to which they were transferred.
    7. To transfer points to any of affiliate program, the following service fees apply:
      1. Fee for every 10,000 points transferred to Mexicana Go: $12 USD + IVA
      2. Fee for every 10,000 points transferred to Club Premier: $15 USD + IVA
      3. Fee for every 10,000 points transferred to AAdvantage: $15 USD + IVA
    8. Before a member requests a transfer of points, the member must first be enrolled in the corresponding program. The transfer applies only to the same member.

      *If a member has stayed five or more nights at any of the Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels,The Explorean Kohunlich, Caesar Park or Caesar Business in the last 12 months, there will be no service charge for reward stays. A transfer fee of 16% IVA will apply.

  • Corporate Accounts (Applies to Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana and Fiesta Inn)
  • Business accounts accumulate 20% of the points for individual accounts if the account is billed at the request of an affiliated company.
  • Payment of the best available public rate will earn points.
  • Corporate accounts do not earn frequent flyer miles or kilometers per stay.
  • Up to five rooms may be rewarded (subject to reservations and availability).
  • May redeem Fiesta Reward prizes, except the transfer of points to airlines.
